OEM manufacture experience
We have experience in OEM manufacturing for many well-known brands, and our quality is guaranteed. As the manufacturer behind many of the world’s top swimming goggle and swimming cap brands, we deeply understand the responsibility carries from each product: it relates to athletes’ peak performance, the boundless enjoyment of water sports enthusiasts, and the safety and confidence of every water adventure.
In 2009, we met a client from Poland at the China Import and Export Fair(Guangzhou). At the time, the client wasn’t an importer of swimming caps, but he was drawn to our booth by our new race swimming caps. Perhaps tired from browsing other exhibits, he chatted with us at length after seeing our caps. We provided a detailed introduction to our swimming cap product line, including children’s swimming cap, adult swimming cap, women swim cap, long hair swim cap, competition swimming cap, and 3D dome swimming caps, etc. The client was also interested in having his logo printed on the swim caps. Because he had previously participated in the Olympics and his friend was a world-class swimmer, he quickly became familiar with our presentation. On the spot, he ordered 3,000 competitive swimming caps with his logo customized.
Later, the client returned to Poland and promoted our products to his friends who owned swimming pools and swimming schools. He subsequently purchased our entire range of swimming caps, expanding from a single brand to 15 brands. This client, originally from outside the swimming industry, achieved what many in the industry aspire to. This client is currently collaborating with us, and his market presence has expanded to include Germany, Belgium, Italy, France, Spain, and the UK, in addition to Poland. He has a business presence both online and offline.
We have a comprehensive quality management system
We have accumulated rich experience in produce silicone swimming caps processes and printing logo processes, and we always prioritize product quality. With production QC teams and packaging QC teams, we have implemented a comprehensive quality control system from raw material procurement, produce, package, to shipment.
On the raw material procurement side, we have strict regulations for our in-house purchasing staff. We only purchase silicone raw materials that have passed CE, FDA, SGS, and other certifications. The quality of the raw materials is more important than silicone raw material price. If we discover any suspected collusion between purchasing personnel and raw material suppliers, we will dismiss that person without hesitation and immediately have the HR department recruit a replacement. Through this approach, we can ensure that all our raw materials meet our requirements.
On the production side, we also provide skills training for our production staff, especially for customers with very strict quality requirements, we even hold meetings together to discuss production plans.
Before printing, we conduct a quality inspection on all products. After production staff categorize the qualified and unqualified products, we conduct a second quality inspection on all “qualified” products from the production line. Products that do not meet quality requirements, such as wrinkled or scalded swim caps, will not be allowed to enter the printing workshop.
The printing and high-temperature baking process may also produce some flawed swim caps. We discard these unqualified caps again and send the good quality ones to the packaging workshop for quality control. The packaging quality control personnel verify that all caps are of good quality before they enter the packaging stage. Finally, they are packaged, boxed, and delivered.
We have production lines for online sales like amazon sellers, that fast delivery.
Starting in 2020, to adapt to the demands of online sales channels, especially the requirements of large sellers like Amazon, we specifically opened several production lines on the 5th floor of our factory, dedicated to serving customers who require fast shipping for online sales.
Through categorized production, we improved production efficiency, ensuring that personnel in all workshops and departments are focused on both quality and fast delivery.
Now, if customers require OEM logo printing, we can accept orders with a minimum delivery time of 3 days. Even during peak production and order periods, our delivery speed is consistently smooth, with very few delays or instances of departments shifting blame due to delays.
